FactoryLink® SCADA/HMI
· FactoryLink v6.6.x
Siemens has identified the root cause of this issue and has prepared software updates for the latest supported
versions of FactoryLink. It is Siemens policy not to provide patches to FactoryLink customers who do not have active
customer support agreements. In this special case, Siemens will make patches available to any customer running the
latest marketed versions, regardless of their support status. These versions include:
· FactoryLink 6.6.1 To obtain a copy of these updates, please log a Service Request (SR) Other legacy versions MAY be available for customers with support agreements, but software updates will only be produced for the latest service pack of each version. This mitigates customer risk by ensuring that we have consistent versions in the field with known content and patch history. Customers without a support agreement who desire a legacy version (e.g. 7.2.3) will be required to purchase the update.If you have any questions or have special requirements, please contact your regional FactoryLink representative or send e-mail to HMI CoC Support.
